1st if you are a person of faith please DO NOT stop reading. I am not trying to tell you what to believe I’m only trying to show you how and why the progressive left thinks they have the “authority” to cancel you and your history. This post is not about faith it is about ideology and politics. To defeat your enemy you must not only know about your strengths but also about your opponents weaknesses.
- Nietzsche was an avowed atheist. I don’t know how he got there and I don’t care I just know it is the important starting point for understanding him, Hitler, and the ultra progressive left.
2. Nietzsche understood how Christians understand truth; the word (logos latin) comes down directly from God, in the form of the Bible which enlightens men. In monetary terms for Christians language is a currency pegged to or backed by God.
3. With no God to anchor truth Nietzsche begins to search for a truth without God. There have always been “truths” throughout human history. If there is no God, where do they come from?
All he can see is language, with nothing backing it or pegged to it other than humans. All he can see is discourses, or arguments, or “rhetoric” battling each other for supremacy. Ideas etc. bash into each other until a winning idea emerges. That discourse “wins” which finds the most supporters, convinces the majority of minds. At that specific instant 1 argument that was earlier one of many suddenly takes on the appearance of THE TRUTH not because God is behind it rather only because that argument survived as the fittest. Lets call that kind of “truth” Nietzsche’s 1st type of truth, truth with a big T.
4. Now all the losing arguments do not disappear they are rather relegated to an area let’s call subordinate discourses. They still circulate among people but they have been defeated. Let’s call these truths, truths with a little t.
5. This is where Nietzsche ends for many people, Hitler for example. Might makes right, “will yourself to power,” there has been a violent war AT THE LINGUISTIC LEVEL and there is a winner (T) and losers (ttttt). History is both foreseen and then written by victors!!! You can hear the transmutation of Darwin’s survival of the fittest for animals to language and people. Hitler stops reading Nietzsche and realizes that if he convinces as many people as possible of “his” truth (disabled people be sterilized and euthanized to purify the future gene pool, that Jews be exterminated, etc.) “by any means necessary” (Malcolm X) spoils will come to the victor. How many times in the last year have you heard “speak YOUR truth!!!!!” That is straight up Nietzsche talk.
Charles Manson, another megalomaniac only had to illogically mesmerize 7 minds. Coincidence that Manson was trying to start a race war? Not. Hitler wanted a racist empire and succeeded in ideologically inculcating 38 1/2 million. The other 38 1/2 million are called “enablers.”
Read this slow and carefully. In the state of California V. Manson the court held that Manson’s “ideology constituted an overt act of conspiracy.” Ideas, words, are actions of violence and lead to actions of conspiracy, and then to acts of violence.
How does this discursive nightmare look? Hitler “took complex ideas (Nietzsche) and problems (poverty, starvation) and made them into simple slogans and solutions. Hitler’s reflection on his rhetorical Nietzschean adventure is best summed in his own words, “by the skillful and sustained use of propaganda, one can make a people see even heaven as hell or an extremely wretched life as paradise.”
Propaganda/cult forming psychology is lying, withholding information, creating conformity within a group and separating followers from their families.
Is America heaven or hell? Race victims rushing to leave the systemically racist USA? 0. Number of people around the world wanting to immigrate to horribly racist USA? 40 million.
Any simple slogans or solutions? Yes!!! Equity (segregation-back to Jim Crow), reparations, “math is racist” no police, destroy the nuclear family (38% of black Americans are married).
Any lying? Yes. “Zero progress has been made since 1967 in race relations in America.”
Any withholding information? How is BLM using the 90 million in donations? No transparency whatsoever.
Cultish conformity within the group? I think “cancel culture” is enough fear inducing policy here.
“In desperate circumstances (are our police racist murderers,…is my own government conspiring to cover up the pandemic with the other richest nation in the world?” ) people reach out to whoever is shouting the loudest, whoever looks strongest, whoever looks like they can fix the problem.”
Who is shouting the loudest? BLM, Antifa, and hard left progressives.
Who looks strongest? Most definitely the mob (BLM, Antifa, SJW’s). They have bullied our police on the way to extinction. The “protests” have still not ended and probably never will. I knew something was profoundly broken when I watched the Minneapolis police run for their lives from the mob. The MLK assassination “protests” in 1967 broke out in 10 cities. The George Floyd “protests” spread to 2000 cities and towns.
Who looks like they can fix the problems (open border, cyberwar, pandemic, economy?). Not Biden, not Kamala, not Fauci, the Fed?????
A new totalitarian regime will need a prophet or messenger, a messiah, an authority figure (in our shallow culture it will be very helpful if this person is physically attractive (Hitler had pale, clear blue eyes, which had a distinctly hypnotic and mystical quality, blazing, dominating). Who comes to mind? AOC? Yeah me too. When you hear her baffling, mesmerizing prose do you say “half-genius, half-mad genius, half priestess” and the SJW woke crowd are her flock? Yeah me too. Are she and her “squad” bullies, rude, belittling, self absorbed, narcissistic, grandiose, cruel, play the victim, stubborn, gigantic egomaniacs, obsessive, ideologically driven, happy to play the races off each other to gain power? If anybody fits these descriptions, as Jeff Foxworthy would say, you might have a budding dictator.
6. What would have happened if Hitler had read Nietzsche fully, if all the neo Nietzschean academics since 1968 would have done the same? Nietzsche would have severely reminded them that their discourse, their truth (T) is made from nothing, from thin air, its not anchored to anything, that they should be equally as suspicious of their truth as they are convinced of it. Can people who lust for power and control be trusted to put these discursive brakes on themselves? Probably not. Now that you know how this game is being played I hope you will have the courage to not be played.
7. How would someone who read Nietzsche fully and understood it speak? Me for example; “I studied this postmodern critical theory very deeply for 5 years and I conclude that PMCRT is a scary dangerous misreading of Nietzsche (as a ruse) to bring about Marxism…but what the hell do I know, I’m not so confident in my “truth” my understanding, that I will pick up a gun and start killing people, that I will riot for a year and have 25 people end up dead and 2 billion in property damage,…think for yourself, if you think I’m onto something here that will avoid the next holocaust, then share this post!!!!” Who are these people who are so convinced of their “correctness” whose logic leads to “math is racist?” C’mon man!!!!
7. 50 million people died because a lot of uncritically thinking, desperate Germans lapped up Hitler’s version of “woke” in the 1930’s. It was a racist game then and its the same now here. After world war 2 the entire world took a huge collective sigh and as the media has recently learned to ape, the “grand narrative” that most of us agreed on was that we will never do that again. We are straight out finished with ethnic cleansing. Yet to check that narrative I looked up on Wikipedia the phrase “ethnic cleansing.” Guess what’s there? Ethnic cleansing resumed in 1947 during the post war “partition of India,” and has continued non stop, unabated until today, which finds the Uighur Muslims enslaved in concentration camps in China.
How far we have come as a species (sarcasm)!!!! I have naively trusted our government, our politicians, our cultural and economic leaders, our academia, our institutions, our MEDIA, our publishers, etc. to learn the lessons of the past and not to repeat them, while we worker bees focus on our very narrowly focused jobs. Can you now sleep well knowing that they have it covered? Are you happy right now that you DELEGATED the very concept of reality to them? Life, the world, is very very complex, complicated, elusive… if it was not we would all live in peace and harmony. As complex as life is there are some things that only individuals know for sure… things like if and how much you love your children. In the days after George Floyd was murdered I was told in no uncertain terms that I was a virulent racist. Not just “we” but me, personally, individually. Because I am definitely part of the “system” (systemic racism is the accusation-the system and every white person, and ONLY white people are racist). I can’t speak about anyone else but I know that allegation about me is a lie and I know there are lots of people that want power and control and it depends on me and others like me to cower in fear and blithely accept a lie that I know is not true and I refuse to do it. It’s not more complicated than that.
If you have been paying attention you will recognize this sad tired trajectory and you will stand up now and say not again, not here and shame the progressive left for trying to become the new murderous fascists.
